Students have the option to take as many lectures as they want from the lecture 1 to the lecture 28, in any order. Exception: Students enrolled in the Massage Therapy Certification Program must take all 28 lectures.

You are about to embark on a journey that will take you through the most fascinating organism on the planet, the human body. You will visit the smallest functional unit in the body and travel to the largest organ in the body. You will be exposed to the 206 bones in the skeletal system, you will learn about the over 600 muscles in the body, and the trillions of neurons in the nervous system. When you have completed this study you will have a new appreciation for the human organism.

This course is geared toward the massage therapist in training, but will serve as an excellent course of study for any one planning to pursue any health related field of study appreciation for the human organism.

Recommended text is Martini, Fundamentals of Anatomy and Physiology(Fifth Edition or later)
ISBN 0-13-017292-8(fifth edition), ISBN 0-13-061568-4(sixth edition)

Course Format:

This online course will be presented to you in 28 individual lectures. Upon completion of 28 lectures, the student will be granted a total of 150 hours.

A passing grade of 75.0% per lecture is required in order to receive credit hours. Student will be granted 3 free of charge trials to pass the lecture. After the 3rd unsuccessful attempt, student is required to retake the lecture at cost.
